22 July 2024 – 21 May 2026
We would be glad for you to join us as we come together to remember Kim on Saturday 27 June in Sevenoaks.
We'd love for those who want to be there to be able to come. However, we know many of you are far away, and there are all sorts of reasons why it might not be right for you. We feel very lucky to have so much support from those near and far.
We will be holding a gathering in Washington D.C. in the afternoon on August 1, we will share more details soon but in the interim you can let us know you would like to join here.
We will be sharing a livestream of the funeral service on 27 June, please complete the 27 June RSVP form below to receive details of this.
Please complete form by the end of the day on Friday 26 to receive the livestream link.

Letting us know · Please let us know whether you plan to join us using the form here. You can also reach us at wagstaff.james@gmail.com.
What to wear · Please wear something smart, but we are not asking for all black. A touch of colour would be very welcome — e.g. a floral print, a coloured tie or shirt.
Flowers and donations · We are asking for no flowers. If you would like to make a donation in Kim's memory, you can do so to the Against Malaria Foundation at againstmalaria.com/inmemoryofkim.
Getting there · St Luke's Church is about a 10-minute walk from Sevenoaks train station. St Julian's Club is a 10–15 minute drive from the church.
Taxis: we recommend Beeline Taxis (sevenoakstaxis.com). If you'd like to book a taxi from the church to the reception, we suggest you arrange it for 12.10pm.
Parking: there is plenty of on-street parking near the church on Eardley, Granville and Gordon Roads. A Sevenoaks council car park on Gordon Road is also accessible.
With love,
James and Clare
P.S. Over the next couple of weeks we will keep this page updated, and also add some photos and videos of Kim. You can now see these here.
P.P.S. We have really appreciated receiving photos and stories of Kim over the past weeks, we hope to include some of these on the 27th and would welcome more of these via email at wagstaff.james@gmail.com. Even the most mundane recollections make us smile.
